What changes the cost from Bangladesh

Flights: pilgrims from Bangladesh usually fly from Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet to Jeddah (for Makkah) or Madinah. Fares are highest in Ramadan and school holidays.
Hotels: a hotel within walking distance of the Haram costs much more than one a bus ride away. Splitting a room between family members lowers the cost per person.
